The most stable and hardest currency in the world

You only purchase GIA-certified diamonds from us. The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is the world's highest authority for evaluating the quality and authenticity of diamonds. The certification number is laser-engraved into each individual diamond. With GIA certification, you can be sure you've acquired something of lasting value. The GIA now also offers a Diamond Origin Report, which also records the diamond's country of origin.

We obtain GIA certification for all diamonds weighing 0.30 carats or more. This eliminates counterfeiting and manipulation—so-called value enhancements. Our products are exclusively premium diamonds, making them ideal investments.

The System of Warranties (SoW)

The System of Warranties (SoW) was introduced in 2002 by the World Diamond Council (WDC) on behalf of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB) and the International Diamond Manufacturers Association (IDMA) as an industry self-regulatory system. This would ensure that the diamonds sold meet the minimum requirements of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), which was scheduled to be introduced in early 2003.

Unlike the KPCS, the SoW covers not only the trade in rough diamonds, but also the trade in polished diamonds and diamond-set jewelry, and is intended to apply to every change of ownership of diamonds, not just their export from one country to another.

Essentially, the SoW required buyers and sellers of rough diamonds, polished diamonds, and diamond-containing jewelry to include a guarantee statement on B2B invoices each time diamonds changed hands, assuring the next buyer that the diamonds came from sources that met KPCS requirements.

Although a voluntary system of practice, implementation of the SoW was required by numerous international industry bodies, including WFDB, IDMA, the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), as stated in its Code of Conduct, and CIBJO, the World Jewellery Confederation, in its Blue Book on Responsible Sourcing. Furthermore, implementation of the SoW is a required practice in responsible business codes of leading diamond and jewelry trade organizations, including De Beers' Best Practice Principles, the ALROSA Alliance Guidelines on Responsible Business Practices, and Signet Jewelers' Responsible Sourcing Protocol for Diamonds.

In June 2018, the WDC Board approved a revised SoW designed to strengthen and expand the scope of the original system and promote its use and implementation in the diamond and jewelry industry.

Like the original version, it requires all buyers and sellers of rough diamonds, polished diamonds, and jewelry containing diamonds to include a declaration on the B2B invoice that the goods sold comply with the KPCS. It now also includes a commitment that buyers and sellers adhere to WDC policies that support universally accepted principles of human and labor rights, anti-corruption, and anti-money laundering (AML).

SoW Statements

Industry members who include the updated Warranties Statement on an invoice or delivery note must conduct a special due diligence process, beginning with registering on a dedicated SoW website and completing a self-assessment to determine their compliance with the principles set forth in the WDC SoW Guidelines. Only members recognized as compliant may issue the revised SoW Warranties Statement.

The self-assessment questionnaire is client-specific and takes into account the stage or stages of the diamond and jewelry value chain in which the industry member participates, the size of the company, and whether it already adheres to other recognized due diligence systems.

The self-assessment must be completed annually to be eligible to issue revised SoW Warranties Statements.

We, of course, also adhere to, apply, and vouch for the SoW Guidelines.
